Over the last 13 years, Joe Lee has worked throughout North Jersey and built up an incredible reputation as a Javelin coach. Through the 2010 season, Joe has coached 22 of the top 100 throwers in county history, including 9 of the top 10 performances by 3 separate state record holders. On the girls side, Joe has also built up an incredible resume headed by all decade thrower Shannon Sullivan. Joe has coached over a dozen of the county's all time females and counting. Now, Joe has teamed up with Dynamic X training in Totowa New Jersey. Students will have the benefit of working with Joe Lee in an environment where their peers have similar goals and all of the coaches and trainers are like minded. Beyond Javelin training, students can become stronger, more flexible, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Yearly Highlights:

Welcome to javelinlessons.com
My name is Joe Lee. I've been coaching Wood-Ridge High School(50-70 a graduating class) for the past 11 years and private coaching athletes in North New Jersey with great success.
With proper technique and training you can become a successful javelin thrower.
Results below speak for themselves.
Parents: Give your child a better chance for admission into college. There are only 14 states sanctioned in high school javelin. A good javelin thrower is a commodidty to collegiate track and field programs due to their rarity.
In the past 8 years I have/had collegiate track and field athletes compete Division I for Arizona State, Brown, Bucknell, Duke, Michigan, North Carolina, Penn State, Rutgers, Tennessee, Temple, South Carolina and Marist, as well as many other Division I, II and III schools. My athletes have been recruited by Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, Florida, Maryland,Purdue, Clemson, UConn, Notre Dame, Naval Academy, Virginia, TCU, Rhode Island and many others.
If you are interested in becoming a better javelin thrower call or email to setup an interview.
Best of luck,
Joe Lee
